This Privacy Policy explains how Infinitee AI Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use Grou AI (“Services”).

Definitions

Personal Information: Information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify an individual (e.g. name, email, payment info).

Uploaded Data: Any data files (e.g. CSV, Excel) you upload, including any content therein.

Usage Information: Data generated through using the Service (logs, device type, interaction history).

Service Providers and Third Parties: Entities like cloud hosts, API providers, payment processors, analytics services, etc.

Large Language Model (LLM): Generative artificial intelligence (AI) models that understand and generate text, based on user prompts. In this Policy, the term refers to the AI models we use to process your business data and prompts, and to generate insights and recommendations.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

Account registration: name, email, company name or title, payment details.
Uploaded business data that you submit, which is necessary to provide context to the LLM.
Additional prompts or context you give to improve analysis.
Communications with us for support and feedback.

Automatically Collected and Usage Data:

Device and system information such as IP address, browser, OS and timezone.
Interaction data: what features you use, when and how you use them.
Log data: access times, error logs, performance metrics.
Metadata: such as file metadata and file types.

Cookies and Tracking:

Cookies and session storage, for authentication, site functionality, analytics, and marketing or advertising.
Use of third‐party analytics (Google Analytics) to understand usage.

Legal Basis & Purposes for Processing

We collect and process your information for the following purposes:

To deliver the Services you request (preprocess, analyse your data, generate insights).
To authenticate and manage your account, process payments, billing, and support.
To improve, maintain, troubleshoot, secure and optimize the Services.
To communicate with you: service updates, new features, legal notices.
For compliance with legal obligations and to protect our or users’ rights.

If applicable, the legal basis may include your consent, performance of contract, our legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

Data Ownership & Content

You retain ownership of all your uploaded data. We process the data provided to deliver the requested service for you.

However, We may create aggregated, anonymized data derived from your usage and uploaded data to improve the service, this may includes enhancement of data analysis, data mining, machine learning and LLM performance, and development of new features or future products under this service or our company.

The data we use will not identify or reveal your identity and sensitive information.

Data Sharing & Third‑Party Disclosure

We may share your data with:

Service Providers or Third Parties: those necessary to provide, maintain, or improve the Services, which include Google Cloud hosting services, MongoDB database, LLM providers, payment processors and Google Analytics.

Legal & Regulatory Authorities: when required by law, regulation, court order, or similar.

Business Transfers: in case of ownership change, merger, acquisition, etc.

We will ensure that any third parties we share with are bound by confidentiality obligations and only use data for the purposes we authorize.

We rely on third-party service providers for features, infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data:

Data Storage, International Transfers & Retention

Storage Location: The uploaded data and account information are stored in Singapore using Google Cloud and MongoDB services, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the Third-Party Privacy Policies about the locations where data is stored by our third-party Service Providers.

International Transfers: Your data may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. By using the Services, you agree to these transfers. We strive to ensure adequate protections when transferring across borders.

Retention: We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and data; once requested, we will delete or anonymize your data as soon as practicable, except where retention is required by law.

Security Measures

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect your data and sensitive information. These include encryption on sensitive data such as passwords, access controls across internal services, authentication and authorization to protect your data. However, please be reminded that no system is 100% secure. Hence, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not intended for children under 16 years old.
If you learn we have collected information from a minor without parental consent, contact us to have it removed.
